About these terms

These terms apply when you use esqcleaning.co.uk, the website of ESQ Cleaning Services. We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in London, Kent and Surrey.

Using our website

You may browse the website, share links to our pages and use the contact options to ask about our services or request a quote.

Please use the website lawfully. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the website, introduce harmful software, impersonate anyone or use our contact options to send spam.

Quotes and bookings

The website gives general information about our cleaning services. Availability and pricing may depend on your location and the work required. Sending an enquiry or asking for a quote does not by itself confirm a booking. Any booking is subject to the service details and terms agreed with you.

Website content

The text, images, branding and other materials on this website belong to ESQ Cleaning Services or the people who have licensed them to us. You may save or print pages for your own reference. Please ask for permission before republishing or using our content commercially, unless the law permits that use.

Website availability and external links

We aim to keep the website accurate and available. We may update its content from time to time, and access may occasionally be interrupted. If you need to confirm a service detail before booking, please contact us.

The website may link to sites run by other organisations. Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the website or contact us.

Your rights and applicable law

These terms do not affect your statutory rights or exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on any mandatory protections and bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable law.
